For a large storage jar
- 300g salted peanuts
- 1-2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground cardamom
- 1 pinch of ground ginger
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
Process the peanuts into butter in a blender. Stir the spices and maple syrup into the melted butter. Sweeten and flavour to taste.
Serving suggestion:
On bread with jam, with muesli or as a snack on apples or pears.
