Perfect as a topping for any summer salad or as a dip with olive oil and pita bread!
- 100g roasted almonds
- 50g lightly roasted sesame seeds
- 5 salted brazil nuts
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon1
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 1 TL Sumac
- Salt & pepper
Toast the almonds and sesame seeds and chop all the ingredients into a crumbly mixture using a blender or hand blender. Only do this briefly, otherwise the mixture will turn to butter!
