Enjoy our unique natural organic Fairtrade peanut kernels without skin. Hand-picked and raw. Grown by small Uzbek farmers and harvested by hand in autumn in the controlled organic cultivation areas along the old Silk Road in southern Uzbekistan. As these are old local varieties, the pods are slightly stronger than those of conventionally grown peanuts. There are 3-4 large to small, intensely flavoured peanut kernels per pod. Carefully processed by Silk Road Organik FoodsPerfect for snacking, baking, roasting or making homemade peanut butter. Vacuum packed with freshness guarantee.

The peanut kernels are processed, dried, cracked, peeled, sorted and vacuum-packed in individual bags immediately after harvesting, without any further additives. The removal of oxygen preserves the texture, flavour and nutrients in their original and healthiest form. In this way, we guarantee the best product quality right up until you open the bag at home!
Note: Once opened, we recommend storing in a sealed container in the fridge.
