Enjoy our unique wild picked organic Fairtrade apricots. Harvested ripe in summer by small peasant farmers in the mountainous wild collection areas of Samarkand in Uzbekistan and processed fresh by Silk Road Organik Foods. Hand-pitted, halved and gently sun-dried. Ancient variety native only to Uzbekistan. 100% natural, unsweetened, unoiled and unsulphurised. Delicious sweet-sour flavour and very aromatic. As our apricots are not steamed, they have a firm bite. Perfect as a snack, for baking or in everyday muesli. Vacuum-packed with freshness guarantee.
Tip: Place apricots in lukewarm water - they will rehydrate quickly and become soft, juicy and intensely fruity!

Vacuum-packed directly after production at the origin
The apricots are fully processed on site immediately after harvest without any additives, washed, gently dried, graded and vacuum-packed in individual bags immediately after production. The removal of oxygen preserves the texture, flavour and nutrients in their original and healthiest form. In this way, we guarantee the best product quality right up until you open the bag at home!
Note: Once opened, we recommend storing in a sealed container in the fridge.
