We are pleased to inform you about the further development of our company.

On 1 January 2022, the raw materials departments of the Pakka Group (Switzerland), Bio Partner AG (Switzerland) and EcorNaturaSì (Italy) will be merged with Bio Development AG (Switzerland) to form a new raw materials trading company called BIODINA SA. The company specialises in organically produced and fairly traded raw materials in the following areas:

• Nuts, pulses and seeds
• Dried fruit
• Fruit and vegetables (frozen and processed)
• Sweeteners and supplementary range

As a spin-off into a joint company, BIODINA bundles the competences and thus strengthens the worldwide projects of the participating companies at the origin of the raw materials. This bundling provides even more direct support for farmers at the origin, expands the product range and ensures the long-term availability of high-quality raw materials.

BIODINA sees itself as a bridge builder between the farmers and the sales markets in Europe. These direct sources result in a high and responsible added value at origin. This creates even more authenticity and differentiation for BIODINA's customers.
