Power balls

Makes 15-18 pieces

  • 8-10 dates, soaked in water, quantity depending on desired sweetness level
  • 150g nuts (to taste, e.g. half cashews & half almonds)
  • 2-3tbsp grated coconut, unsweetened
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • To taste: 1-2tbsp oat flakes

Soak the dates in water to soften them. Then pour the water off again. Now put all the ingredients in your food processor (optionally with a hand blender) and blend until you have a sticky mixture. Now shape into balls.
