Our banana and peanut ice cream is perfect for warm days: vegan, creamy and naturally sweet. You only need a few ingredients such as peanut butter, bananas, almond or oat milk and maple syrup. A delicious, homemade ice cream snack for young and old! And this is how it's made:
Peanut butter
- 150 g Raw peanut kernels without skin
- 2.5 tbsp peanut oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Pinch of salt
Roast the peanuts in a pan and then puree with the remaining ingredients in a blender until the mixture is creamy.
Banana and peanut ice cream
- 2 Bananas
- 2-3 tbsp peanut butter
- 200 ml vegan milk alternative (e.g. almond or oat milk)
- Juice of half a lemon
- A little water
- If required: maple syrup for (even) more sweetness
Puree all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water. You can also add whole berries or chopped nuts. Pour the ice cream mixture into ice cream moulds and freeze for a few hours.
