A perfect gift for any celebration

vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free

Dry ingredients:

  • 450g fine rolled oats
  • 200g grated and unsweetened coconut
  • 80g cashews coarsely chopped
  • 80g almonds coarsely chopped
  • 80g sunflower seeds
  • 40g sesame seeds

For the liquid:

  • 100ml coconut oil
  • 100ml honey or maple syrup for vegan versione
  • 2-3 tbsp apple juice
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 lemon zest and juice

Raisins

Preparation: Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a pan, mix the coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, apple juice, cinnamon, salt and lemon zest. Bring everything to the boil over a low heat. Stir constantly until everything is liquid and well mixed. Pour the liquid over the dry mixture. Pour everything onto a baking tray and bake the mixture for approx. 30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes or the mixture will burn. Pay particular attention to the corners. Once your granola is crispy, leave it to cool completely. Finally, add the raisins.
