An autumnal fruity cake with chocolate berries!
- 100g oat flakes
- 100g ground hazelnuts
- 50ml Aquafaba
- 3 very ripe bananas
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- Baies dorées au chocolat
- Plums
Firstly, grind the oats and almonds into flour. Beat the aquafaba (water from the chickpeas) with a pinch of salt. This can take 5 - 10 minutes. If you turn the container upside down, the mixture should stick. Mash the bananas with a fork and add a little honey to taste. Mix everything with the liquid tahini and the oat and almond flour. Then fold in the beaten egg whites with the coarsely chopped Choco Golden Berries.
Cut the plums in half and place them cut-side down in the mould. Spread the mixture evenly on top.
Bake the cake for 40' in an oven preheated to 150 degrees.
