A nutritious snack based on kidney beans. This raw muesli bar contains no sugar and is vegan.
Ingredients
- 200g cooked kidney beans
- 200ml oat drink
- 50g dates
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 banana
- 30g salted almonds
- 30g salted cashews
- 200g oat flakes
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Puree all the ingredients up to and including the banana. Roughly chop the almonds and cashews. Mix into the wet ingredients together with the oats and cinnamon. Pour into a mould lined with baking paper and freeze overnight. Cut into pieces. Leave to stand at room temperature for one hour. Enjoy cold.
