Makes approx. 10 pieces
- 100g Cashews (roasted)
- 100g Mandeln (roasted)
- 120g rolled oats
- 200g dried fruit (e.g. dates, figs, apricots, mango)
- 80g nut butter (oil/butter is also an alternative)
- 100g honey/maple syrup
- Zest of one organic lemon
- 100g ground hazelnuts
- 1 pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Roughly chop the nuts and toast them in a pan with the oats. Cut the dried fruit into pieces. Melt the nut butter and honey with a little water on a low heat. Add the salt and mix all the ingredients well. Shape into bars and bake for approx. 15-20 minutes.
