Ingredients for 4 glasses

300 g cashews
- 500 ml almond milk
- 80 ml rum
- 6 dates
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pulp of 1 vanilla pod
- 1 pinch clove powder
- 1 pinch cardamom powder
- 1 pinch nutmeg
How to make it
- Place the cashew nuts in a bowl and pour boiling water over them, leave to soak for 2 hours.
- Drain the cashews and puree with the remaining ingredients in a food processor until creamy.
- Finally, add the rum and blend again briefly.
- Pour into four glasses, sprinkle with a little cinnamon and serve.
